Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ducci Jewellers! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for store credit or an exchange. Please review our return policy below for details.
Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item for store credit or exchange:
- Request a Return Authorization – Email us at info@duccijewellers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item – Securely place the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Your Return – You are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchange & Store Credit
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your store credit or exchange.
- Please allow at least 14 business days for processing.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or resized items (No Exceptions).
